Sales Manager/Technical Sales Engineer (Texas)

Your mission
  • All sales activities to grow a defined territory and vertical markets
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Aggressively expanding our customer base and new accounts
  • Presenting our technologies within a competitive environment
  • Identifying and developing new application opportunities
  • Reporting business activities and sales forecasts to our CEO
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings
  • Establish and manage Reps
Your profile
  • A minimum 3-years of outside sales experience
  • Degree in chemical engineering / experience in chemical field
  • The candidate must be passionate about achieving tangible sales results
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and technical concepts
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Proven business development track record
  • BS in a technical area or engineering
  • Experience with process instrumentation, preferably analytical products and/or systems are strongly desired
  • Knowledge of in-line concentration and density measurement is a bonus
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, must have a valid driver's license
  • Located close to a major airport is an advantage

For the territory of Texas, we are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager. In this position you will be responsible to further strengthen our existing customer base, develop new accounts and establish and manage a representative network. Sales activities will be focused on selling our well-known high-quality products and solutions mainly within the chemical and petrochemical industry.
